- 18:00 – Camp Site opens for Friday evening campers
- 19:00 – Food is available a short walk away at either Hickory’s Smokehouse on Caldecotte Lake (www.hickorys.co.uk/venue/milton-keynes/) or The Plough Public House, Simpson Road, Simpson. (Booking advisable 01908 691555).
- 22:00 – Race HQ closes for the night.
Saturday 19th June 2027
- 08:00 – Lisa & Pete’s BBQ open for breakfast with service until 10am
- 10:00 – Lisa & Pete’s BBQ Closed
- 10:00 – Registration opens in the Race HQ
- 12:00 – ‘The BIG Start’
- 13:00 – The Treatment Lab on site to massage your aches away available until 21:00. (Price displayed on the day)
- 15:00 – Lisa & Pete’s BBQ service resumes serving burgers, hot-dogs, & jacket potatoes until circa 20:00
- 17:00 – La Muletti Pizza arrive to serve pizza until 20:00
- 17:00 – Maya Street Food arrive to serve authentic Korean food until 20:00
- 20:00 – Lisa & Pete’s BBQ Closed
- 21:00 – ‘The Sunset Lap’ (Sunset is at 21:26)
- 22:00 – Race HQ remains open throughout the night
Sunday 20th June 2027
- 04:00 – ‘The Sunrise Lap’ (Sunrise is at 04:42)
- 07:00 – Lisa & Pete’s BBQ opens for breakfast until approximately 11:00
- 08:00 – The Treatment Lab returns with more massage opportunities available until 13:00
- 11:00 – Lisa & Pete’s BBQ closed.
- 12:00 – End of the event.
- 12:30 – Prize presentation
