The camp site will be open from 6pm on Friday 19th June – 2pm on Sunday 21st June 2026
We have teamed up with Action4Youth at Caldecotte Xperience to host our 2026 event. This superb location is contained within its own secure site which includes:
- 25 tee-pee tents
- secure camping ground, for tents and small camper vans
- 14 individual shower/toilet cubicles
- 3 marquees with seating to relax between laps
We are excited to offer tee-pee tents for hire which can sleep up to 6 people. Ideal for families, or friends, to relax during the event. These tents will require your own sleeping equipment.
We also have a number of camp site pitches available. Each pitch measures approximately 5 metres x 7 metres. You may reserve a pitch by completing the on-line booking form, once you have entered.
We are able to accomodate a limted number of SMALL VW type camper vans onto the camp site on condition that there will be no electrical hook up, or the use of a generator. If you would like to bring your camper van onto the camp site, please book a campervan pitch.

Strict rules will apply during your stay, including
- No smoking or vaping
- No open flames within the camp site
- Noise kept to a minimum between 10pm – 8am
